This is the place to get started, our Standard Terms contain all the basic “ins and outs” that apply to all our Services. There are 5 potential Schedules to the Standard Terms - dependent on which Service you are taking. We’ve kept them as simple and clear as possible:

OneAdvanced Standard Terms FAQ’s

Do these terms apply if I have an existing agreement with OneAdvanced?

No. If you have an existing agreement with OneAdvanced, generally a licence agreement, those terms will supersede these terms and govern our relationship until new terms are signed. We intend to transition existing customers to our new simplified terms. Our new simplified Standard Terms have been carefully drafted to be fair to both you and us, in order to avoid the need for negotiation. Maintaining Standard Terms with all our customers allows us to focus resources on meeting our contractual obligations.
On what basis does OneAdvanced provide Third Party products and services.

OneAdvanced services may include software governed by licenses from third parties (“Third Party Provider”). All third-party software licensed for use with the OneAdvanced services are subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding Third-Party Provider.
Where do I find details of the pricing for my order?

We will prepare an Order Form setting out the commercial, pricing information and payment terms specific to the applicable OneAdvanced product and/or service.
How do the Standard Terms apply to my organisation?

The Standard Terms are incorporated by reference in an Order Form that OneAdvanced will create for you. The relevant terms which apply to products and/or services listed on the Order Form can be found here.
Why haven’t I been asked to sign the OneAdvanced Standard Terms?

Our terms are designed for our software products so you might be purchasing something else from us, such as Managed IT Services.
